What if I need to modify my order?

As soon as you place your order, we work on the dispatch process as quickly as possible, so if you decide you want to amend your order please email us at woof@dogslounge.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your request where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any amendments to it, so if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, please return it to us in the original and unopened state.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us at woof@dogslounge.co.uk as soon as you can and if the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to amend it for you.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer the same day delivery. We’ll be looking into it in the future though, so please check again in a few months.

What delivery options do you offer?

Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 2pm Monday–Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) – £2.60 or free when you spend £50 or over.

Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from all major debit or credit cards – American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! To buy one of our e-gift cards, please click here. Please note. If you buy one of our e-gift cards, this is only valid to use on our website and will be sent to you electronically via email.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

What is your return policy?

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

I purchased a product and now it's in the sale, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
