Scooter can be fed to dogs over 12 weeks of age. If your dog is under medical supervision, please consult your vet before you start using this product. Do not exceed double the daily amount in a 12 hour period.
DIRECTIONS
Scooter chews are designed to be eaten directly or as a part of a meal. Give one soft chew per 9 kg of weight twice daily, crumble and mix with food if necessary.

The 'fishy' smell means the anal glads are already full and will need to be expressed by the vet. Once they're emptied, you can start using the supplement to keep them healthy and prevent from blocking again.
