Green is an organic blend of six superfoods – spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, barley grass, and kelp. This powerhouse of nutrition will help to maintain your best friend's health in many ways.
Often called the most nutritious food on the planet, spirulina helps to strengthen the immune system, improves gastrointestinal health, aids in detoxification, helps with allergies, and more. As a fantastic source of antioxidants, it can protect against oxidative damage, which contributes to cancer and other diseases.
This single-cell alga is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants. In addition, it helps to maintain healthy skin and shinier coat, improves immune response and digestion, delays ageing of cells, aids in removing toxins from the body, helps to reduce bad breath, and more.
Complete food that contains 98 of the 102 earth elements. It is helpful in aiding digestion, hydration and can prevent or relieve constipation. Its anti-inflammatory properties can benefit dogs suffering from arthritis. It is also organ and blood cleansing, and a great energy booster.
Rich in iodine, kelp helps with thyroid problems often associated with iodine deficiency. The mix of iodine and other minerals found in kelp assists in maintaining a healthy glandular system, mainly the thyroid, adrenal and pituitary glands. Kelp reduces itchiness caused by skin allergies, improves coat conditions, and works as natural flea prevention.
Nutritionally balanced great source of minerals that helps to neutralise free radicals, pesticides and preservatives, making it an ideal detox food. Because of its high chlorophyll levels, barley grass is known to aid in rebuilding red blood cells. It also supports the nervous system and helps to alleviate many health issues, including arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and more.
Broccoli is high in fibre, antioxidants, and essential vitamins like A, C, and K, which help strengthen the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress. The natural sulforaphane found in broccoli aids the liver’s detoxification process and helps reduce inflammation in the body. Its fibre content supports healthy digestion and can contribute to balanced blood sugar levels. Broccoli also provides calcium, potassium, and folate, which promote strong bones, nerve function, and overall vitality.

All dogs are different and their condition varies but most of our customers notice changes between 2–4 weeks of using the supplement, if not earlier.
Dogs with autoimmune disorders like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis should not be given spirulina as it can stimulate their immune system and make their condition much worse. In addition, if your pooch is on medication, you should speak to your vet before you add spirulina to their diet.
Chlorella may not be suitable for dogs with iodine sensitivity, seafood allergies, or those with thyroid disorders requiring a low-iodine diet (though its iodine level is generally low). Some dogs may experience mild digestive upset, gas, or loose stools when first introduced, so start gradually. Avoid use in dogs with autoimmune conditions unless advised by a vet, as it can mildly stimulate the immune response.
Wheatgrass should be avoided if your dog has a gluten allergy or intolerance, even though the grass itself contains very little gluten. Dogs with sensitive stomachs or those prone to vomiting from eating fresh grass should also start with small amounts, as too much fibre or chlorophyll can cause mild nausea. Avoid if your dog has chronic digestive inflammation unless your vet approves.
Barley grass is generally safe, but it’s best avoided for dogs with celiac disease, grain allergies, or gluten sensitivity, since some barley grass preparations may contain trace gluten. Also, avoid barley grass in dogs with digestive sensitivities or those taking medications that affect potassium levels, as barley grass is naturally rich in potassium and chlorophyll, which can alter electrolyte balance if overused.
Kelp should not be fed to dogs with thyroid disorders, especially hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism under medication, due to its naturally high iodine content. Excess iodine can disrupt thyroid hormone production. Avoid also if your dog has seafood allergies or is already receiving an iodine-containing supplement. Always choose kelp from clean, tested waters, as contaminated sources may contain heavy metals.
