In the Benji's Kitchen series, we share our favourite healthy dog recipes and discuss anything nutrition-related.

In this episode, we're making a Christmas dinner turkey meatloaf.

Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 large carrot

1 sweet potato

200g of greens (cabbage, brussels sprouts, or green beans)

250g minced turkey

2 eggs

 

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Line the meatloaf tin with baking paper.

4. Pour the mixture into the tin.

5. Bake for 1 hour.

6. Let it cool completely before giving it to your pup.

 

Storage

Meatloaf can be stored in the fridge for up to four days or in the freezer for up to one month.
