Beef & Courgette Lasagne for Adult Dogs

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

• 160 g – Beef, ground (15% fat)
• 125 g – Courgette
• 125 g – Butternut squash
• 120 g – Egg
• 49 g – Tomatoes
• 32 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement
• 32 g – Beef liver
• 16 g – Hulled hemp seeds

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.27 g calcium, 0.21 mg iodine, 4.3 mg zinc, and 4.5 IU vitamin E to meet minimum requirements.

Directions

1. Slice courgette lengthwise into thin strips and pan-sear for 1–2 minutes to soften.
2. Lightly brown the ground beef.
3. Add chopped beef liver and cook for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer briefly.
5. Stir in the beaten egg until cooked.
6. Mix in the hemp seeds.
7. Remove from heat and stir in Olli thoroughly.
8. Layer courgette slices with the beef mixture in a small dish.
9. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until the egg sets and the layers hold together.
10. Cool completely before serving.
11. Refrigerate for 3–4 days or freeze for later use.
