Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.45 g calcium, 0.06 g phosphorus, 0.08 g chloride, 3.70 mg iron, 0.32 mg iodine, 0.63 mg manganese, 1.17 mg zinc, 9.54 IU vitamin E, 0.12 mg thiamine (vitamin B1), and 0.69 g linoleic acid (LA) to meet minimum requirements.

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the beef liver, mushrooms, and carrots.
  3. Add the beef to a pan and cook gently until nearly done.
  4. Add the liver, vegetables, brown rice, and a splash of water.
  5. Simmer until the rice is soft and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the egg at the end and cook gently until just set.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  8. Mix in nutritional yeast, sea salt, Olli, and antler powder, or mix Olli separately with a splash of cooled boiled water and drizzle over the meal.
