Ingredients

• 400 g – Liver (beef, lamb, chicken, or turkey)
• 2 – Eggs
• 200 g – Buckwheat flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Blend the liver in a food processor until smooth.
3. Add eggs to the blended liver and mix well.
4. Stir in buckwheat flour (or preferred dog-safe flour) until a thick batter forms. 
5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
6. Pour the mixture into the tray and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but still soft.
8. Allow to cool fully before cutting.
9. Cut into small cubes for treats.
10. Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
