Beef & Whitefish Cottage Pie for Adult Dogs

A soft and wholesome cottage pie-style meal made with lean beef, whitefish, vegetables, egg, and liver. Easy to digest and perfect for adult and senior dogs.

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

• 275 g – Beef, ground (10% fat)
• 55 g – Whitefish
• 45 g – Egg
• 40 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement
• 30 g – Beef liver
• 20 g – Carrots
• 20 g – Green peas
• 20 g – Tomatoes
• 20 g – Mushrooms (button or portobello)
• 6 g – Hulled hemp seeds

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.32 g calcium, 0.24 mg iodine, 0.54 mg manganese, 2.5 IU vitamin D, 7.15 IU vitamin E, 0.13 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine), and 86 mg choline to meet minimum requirements.

Directions

1. Lightly brown the ground beef in a pan.
2. Add finely chopped beef liver and cook for 1–2 minutes.
3. Add carrots, peas, tomatoes, and mushrooms; cook briefly.
4. Stir in the hemp seeds and remove from heat.
5. Mix Olli into the beef mixture thoroughly. Put aside.
6. Flake the whitefish and mix it with beaten egg in a separate bowl to form the topping.
7. Transfer the beef mixture to an oven-safe dish.
8. Spread the whitefish-and-egg mixture on top.
9. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes on low heat to set.
10. Allow to cool completely before serving.
11. Refrigerate for 3–4 days or freeze portions for later.
