A light, grain-free meal made with cod, egg, cauliflower, and colourful vegetables. Easy to digest, low in calories, and balanced with Olli to meet FEDIAF guidelines. Perfect for adult and senior dogs needing a gentle, nutritious recipe.

***

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

  • 490 g – Cod (raw, boneless)
  • 265 g – Cauliflower
  • 260 g – Egg
  • 75 g – Carrots
  • 45 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement
  • 30 g – Green beans
  • 30 g – Sweetcorn (cooked, unsalted)
  • Small amount of coconut oil (for cooking)

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.08 g calcium, 1.29 mg copper, 0.46 mg iron, 0.02 mg iodine, 0.71 mg manganese, 13.35 mg zinc, 1.29 IU vitamin E, 0.06 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine), and 0.08 g linoleic acid (LA) to meet minimum requirements.

Directions

  1. Cut the cod into small pieces.
  2. Grate the cauliflower (or pulse in a food processor) to make “cauliflower rice.” Chop carrots and green beans.
  3. Cook carrots and green beans in a pan with a small amount of water for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Add cod and cook until it flakes easily (5–7 minutes). In the last 5 minutes, mix in the cauliflower rice.
  5. Push ingredients to one side of the pan. Add beaten egg to the empty space and scramble until fully cooked, then mix everything together.
  6. Add sweetcorn and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool completely and stir in Olli. Alternatively, you can turn it into a paste with a little water and add it on top to avoid colour changes.
  8. Portion into containers. Refrigerate 3–4 days or freeze for later use.
