Chicken & Beef Leftover Pot for Adult Dogs

A nourishing blend of chicken, beef, whole grains, and vegetables, with salmon and egg added for extra protein and healthy fats. A balanced, easy-to-digest meal ideal for adult and senior dogs.

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

• 165 g – Chicken thigh
• 165 g – Ground beef (20% fat)
• 55 g – Brown rice (cooked, unsalted)
• 40 g – Beef liver
• 35 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement
• 30 g – Egg
• 30 g – Broccoli
• 30 g – Carrots
• 25 g – Cooked salmon
• 0.7 g – Nutritional yeast

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.34 g calcium, 0.14 g chloride, 0.05 g magnesium, 0.01 mg iron, 0.27 mg iodine, 0.68 mg manganese, 6.04 mg zinc, 8.61 IU vitamin D, 8.16 IU vitamin E, 119 mg choline, 0.60 g linoleic acid (LA) to meet minimum requirements.

Directions

1. Chop the chicken thigh, ground beef, liver, broccoli, and carrots into small pieces.
2. Add chicken and beef to a pot and cook over medium heat until browned.
3. Stir in the chopped liver and cook for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and carrots and sauté lightly.
5. Add the cooked brown rice and mix well.
6. Push the mixture to the side of the pot, add the beaten egg, cook until set, then fold through.
7. Stir in the flaked cooked salmon.
8. Allow the meal to cool completely.
9. Mix Olli with a splash of cooled boiled water to form a paste. Add on top or stir into the meal (colour change is normal).
10. Portion and refrigerate for 3–4 days, or freeze for later.
