Ground Turkey Stir Fry

A light, digestible turkey stir-fry for adult dogs, made with lean turkey, soft vegetables, egg and brown rice, and balanced with Olli for complete nutrition.

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

• 464 g – Ground turkey (7% fat)
• 116 g – Egg
• 46 g – Brown rice (cooked)
• 46 g – Broccoli
• 32 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement
• 17 g – Asparagus
• 17 g – Carrots
• 0.5 g – Nutritional yeast

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately 1.25 g calcium, 1.33 mg copper, 0.62 mg iron, 0.21 mg iodine, 0.68 mg manganese, 5.92 mg zinc, and 4.99 IU vitamin E to meet minimum requirements.

Directions

1. Chop the carrots, asparagus and broccoli into small pieces.
2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
3. Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium heat until lightly browned.
4. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until softened.
5. Add the cooked brown rice and mix well.
6. Push the mixture aside and scramble the whisked egg, then fold it in.
7. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Once cooled, add nutritional yeast.
8. Mix in Olli. The mixture will turn dark green — this is normal. If you prefer to keep the dish’s colour, mix Olli with a little water to form a paste and drizzle it on top instead of stirring it in.
9. Portion and store for 3–4 days or freeze.
