Designed for growing puppies, this raw horse bowl supports healthy development without pushing calories or fat too high. The moderate energy level helps maintain steady weight gain while supplying the nutrients puppies need for bones, muscles, and the nervous system. It’s a practical option for owners who want controlled growth rather than rapid weight gain.

Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal)

Please note: this recipe is not nutritionally complete on its own. To make it suitable for everyday feeding, we add Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement, which supplies calcium and essential vitamins and minerals that cannot be reliably provided by raw ingredients alone.

If you’re not using Olli, you would need to provide the missing nutrients yourself. Per 100 g of this recipe (without supplements), that means adding approximately: 0.96 g calcium, 0.11 g chloride, 0.36 mg iodine, 0.79 mg manganese, 3.64 mg zinc, 10.10 IU vitamin D, 11.23 IU vitamin E, 193 mg choline to meet minimum puppy nutrient requirements.

Directions

  1. Add the raw, boneless horse meat to a large bowl.
  2. Add the raw sardines (whole or roughly chopped, depending on the puppy's size).
  3. Crack the raw egg and add it to the bowl.
  4. Add the beef liver and mix lightly to distribute.
  5. Sprinkle in the hulled hemp seeds.
  6. Add a small pinch of sea salt.
  7. In a separate small dish, mix Olli with a splash of cooled boiled water to form a smooth paste.
  8. Add the Olli paste to the bowl.
  9. Add Antli (or any other deer antler powder) to supply the additional calcium needed for growth.
  10. Mix thoroughly until the supplements are evenly distributed. (Food turning green after mixing is normal and comes from the spirulina in Olli)
  11. Serve immediately, or portion and freeze. Always thaw fully in the fridge before feeding.
